Friday by Dawn, some good, bad and ugly..

ok ladies, let's see, so I went back to my conference, and they had all the pastries, etc..I didn't eat any, not one...kudos to me...ok, I had some oatmeal with flax seed, coffee with nf milk (3pts) then what else..1/2 apple (1) then there was lunch, it was pork, so I had some salad (0) with olive oil (it's good to get it in 1 tsp = 1 pt, so 3 pt) and then some polenta, which was wierd...not sure on the points..and 3/4 a roll with butter (4 +/-) .then they had pie, I didn't get one, just took a bit of a friends, but then, oh no, my friend at the next class brought in some chips in salasa, well I had about 5 (1) and a mini cup cake, not sure, let's say 3, but crap, I ate that pie I resisted earlier...and some candy again..eck! but I really did stop myself thinking, I am doing this with a team...then had some veggies, chicken (2) went rock climbing, I made it to the top a few times!! and went out to japanese with friends, only had some soba, but mostly ate the broth, and a few noodles, 1/2 cup of chicken terriky and inari, the tofu stuff, and 2 of my friends sushi (3) so I really wasn't that bad, oh wait, I had a diet coke with vodka..I know sounds sick, but I like it, rum gave me a headache, I put cheeries and limes in it...then I really wanted a cookie, stopped to get one, got back in car, didn't buy it, but went home and had a little bit of ceral and a reeses cup, that's it..went to bed...I think I did OK...the points are a little tougher when we got out to eat, but the main thing is to stick with lots of veggies, avoid funky sauces, etc....
