Friday
Well my first day went pretty well. I ended up with +3.5 points. Breakfast: WW Instant Oatmeal & coffee with skim milk. Lunch: Cup of Chicken noodle soup & WW Prezel Thins. Afternoon Snack: Jicama slices. Dinner: Lean Cuisine & a glass of wine. Evening Snack: Handful of Grapes & (opps) another glass of wine. Did not get a chance to walk, unless walking around Costco for an hour shopping counts. Hope to get in a better walk today.
