Terrific Tuesday

So, I did good last night, no wake ups, woo hoo...woke up, had a ww oatmeal (2), and coffee with soy (1) your right Julie, they are pretty gross, I would just about reccomend any ceral (hot or cold) over it. Remind me to chat with you on this over our next walk...then ate turkey (3) and veggies (2, there was butter in it) for lunch with diet lemonade, and feeling full, gonna go to another school, meeting, maybe take a walk, go to gym, I have a points worth of turkey jerky and crackers and string cheese (3 in total) for later snacks, plus my veggies...doing good, feeling motivated, loving the weather....

ok, so I didn't eat the crackers, but ate a veggie burger (1) AND thomas light (1) with baked beans (4) and veggies, that's my BBQ dinner, it was good, I am full, but I have 8 pts left..I should drink some milk,and then will also have some kettle popcorn later...yeah,I am back in control!

ok, so I had 5 pts of ceral and soymilk, 3 pts of hot coco with nf whip..and 4 pots of almonds throughout the day, I am down with almonds, good healthy fat and supposedly good for my skin.. I am done....

Sorry about the walk today. Let's try for tomorrow.
This morning I had a Quaker Instant Oatmeal Apple & Cinnamon. I checked for the points on my calculator and it has 2 points just like the WW one's. But it tastes much better.

no worries on the walk, I went later and did some gym, glad you found a better oatmeal..the WW one is totally gross..and way overpriced!
