Comment Emails?
So it is possible to be sent an email whenever a new comment is posted on the blog (but not a new general post). If you would like to receive these emails, let me know and I'll make that happen.

Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).
