MOnday onto Tuesday by DLK

OK, so last night, before I went to bed, I ate some crap, but I did tell myself that I had the extra 25, so I am not feeling too bad, I had, 100 calorie hostess, which is 1, hot coco 1 and then tapioca, 1, but add them all together and I think I will cound 6, bc the calories are more, ya know..and then well crap, I woke up, ate ceral, hot milk, to calm me, and then almonds covered in chocholate cause they were there...I know, bad idea, I decided to use that all on last week. and started fresh this AM...

kefir and cereal 3
coffee with milk 2
turkey 2
veggies 0
then I am going to wait til dinner..I am online...19 pts...sorta, cause of last night, so I am planning on sticking with it...how is everyone else feeling??

then I had some chicken tacos, so it was chicken, grilled, with 2 corn tortillas and avocado, salsa, and a little bit of rice and beans...so that was way under 19, then I had 3 chocholate covered almonds and some hot coco, which is 2 pts, on the safe side...so I stayed at my points! yaya!!
