Breakfast: One over easy egg cooked in fat free spray , 2 piece crisp bacon, 1 piece of rye toast with fat free spay, & an 8 oz glass of orange juice.
Lunch: A sandwich made on a whole wheat pita with a tiny bit of mayo (need to get the fat free kind ASAP), dijon mustard, 2 oz of lean ham, a piece of fat free american cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onions.
Snack: Small grapefruit and an 8 oz glass of cranberry juice.
Dinner: Homemade vegetable noodle soup made with fat free chicken broth, lots of vegetables, and some angel hair pasta broken up in it.
Snack: Small grapefruit, 2 south beach peanut butter cookies, and a glass of wine.
After figuring out the points for the day, I had +1. I'm finding that I spending a lot of time figuring out how many points are for what, but it makes me think about what I am eating and trying to make better choices.
Today, may be harder as I am taking my kids out for lunch before we go to see Wicked. I have not eaten out since going on WW. I am going to take a couple of my WW books to help but I am a little worried.
Question: how do you get an email when there is a new post on the blog?
