thursday...

...almost Friday! Lately the weeks have been dragging, and I just look forward to the weekend so badly!
I think I was pretty good today. I had -
oatmeal
NF vanilla latte
low-fat latte
nectarine
100 calorie bar
cookie
small bowl of cereal (frosted miniwheats)
cheeseburger (small, homemade)
handful of fries
OJ

hmm... after writing it out, I realize I wasn't as good as I originally thought. What would this be in points, just curious? Anyone?

OK, buddy, so I will do your points, but more details, the oatmal, if it was the kind I think you eat, which is under 150 cal, 2 pts (let me know cal. and fat and fiber, the latte, for the tall is 2 pts, add in vanilla,maybe 3 or 4? low fat tall, I think is also 3,then the bars, are usually 2, then the cookie, how big?? big ones can be lots of points, the small (in my mind, reg. to most) are like 2 cookies for 3 points, the ceral is like 4 for the ceral,dep on portion, I am assuming you did a cup, and I think 3 pts for 1 cup of lf milk, then burger...uh not sure...hey you can look this all up on Weightwatchers.com dawnlaurel, password slater56! do it..

i calculated it in general, estimating on sizes at about 43 points. I'd say the cereal, cookie and extra latte hurt you. Cheeseburger and fries is expensive too, but at least you made it at home. even still, i'd say 10 points.

It's good to calculate days like this, because then you know how you can change your other days
