TGIF!

Bad, bad, bad me. I had some sugary "fruit" pastry for breakfast with a NF vanilla latte. An Eating Right frozen lasagna and a plum for lunch. One bite-size chocolate. Then went out for drinks with some coworkers, had a quesadilla, chips and salsa, and 4 drinks! (3 pina coladas and 1 margarita) . Fridays are rough for me. I'm so burnt out that pastries are what sound good for breakfast, then I go out for drinks!!
Can anyone tell me what a "healthier" drink option would be, as far as calories go?

Pina coladas - All that yummy creaminess is loaded with calories...better of with the margaritas.
Spirits have about 65 calories per shot. It just depends on what you have it mixed with. Mix it with diet drinks and that will be low but then you get the fake taste. Other good options are Gin and tonic or tom collins or a bloody mary.
