I went to the gym AGAIN!
Going to the gym at night before bed makes Rosie hungry. By the time I get to work the next morning, I am like a hungry monster ("\(.:..:.)/")
I had a bag of goldfish this morning. I didn't MEAN to. Yes I did.

Kagone juice stuff (1) - this is like a V8 juice with less sugar and calories. I got it at the japanese grocery store, but I believe they also carry it at Snob Hill. I think its Kagone... I will look.

I have 9 points left for the day, and I am going to cheesecake factory, so I will have to dip into my reserved points and hopefully share a dish with someone. I looked on the menu, and I plan to have a green salad (3-5 points depending on what's in it), a glass of wine (3-5 points depending on the size of the glass) and I KNOW I will most likely nibble on something bad (5 points)
I will let you know how it went. I also think I will have more than one glass of wine, or a cocktail. I have extra points, so I should be ok. I also want to go to the gym after (depending on my drink count)
*sigh* OK here goes nothing. restaurants are my biggest scary situation, so hopefully this goes well. I am going to focus on the socializing rather than the food. I am going to eat slowly and taste every bite. If we order cheesecake, we are all sharing one piece!

good luck! I agree, restaurants are scary! drink a lot of water (Dawn will laugh when she reads that, because I never drink water), but it really does help supress the appetite, I think.
yeah Rosie!! we did it...one of us should figure out the points for the other...can I tell you that I wanted to stop and get dessert on the way home?? what is wrong with me, but I made it home, didn't stop, and am not going to eat anymore today...waking up hungry is good, just eat something at home before you go to work..buy the little greek yogurts from TJ to get some protien, eat an apple, something!! ps I had fun tonight!!
I am going to search for the nutri facts online today! Btw, leave your celly on tonight (wink wink)
