energied

I dusted off my free weights this morning and did about 40 min of arm, leg and ab exercises. I'm feeling good!
My goals for this week are to do at least 30 min of something each day (M-F), drink lots of water and I am also going to get myself a scale so I can keep tabs on my progress.

B: Oatmeal, 1 egg and a sm. berry smoothie
L: Salad with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, vinaigrette
D: fish, yams, green beans, 1 glass of wine
D: yogurt w/ banana, almonds and honey

yay caitlin! sounds like you're doing so well! what is your schedule like, so we can try to get together for a walk or something?
