For Wednesday, But It's Thursday

My first weigh in after being on WW for one week. I lost 4.6 LBS. Hurray for me!!!
I was really suprised. Ok so this is what I had on Wednesday:
Breakfast:one egg, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 slice of rye toast with fake butter spray, and 1 cup of coffee.
Morning Snack:one small whole wheet sesame chracker a teaspoon salmon cream cheese.
Lunch: Wheat Pita, Ham, Cheese, & Vegie Sandwich, 1 cup skim milk.
Afternoon Snack: Cranberry Juice
Dinner: Small beef steak, 1/2 chicken vegetable noodle soup, glass of wine.
After dinner I did have another glass of wine, but I stayed with in my points for the day.

yeah Julie!! I am so glad to hear that your weigh in went so great!! keep it up, you are doing a great job in following the plan, did they explain the activity points, or should we go over that? take a walk during your lunch break! I am going to do that today..maybe tomorrow, we could sch. our lunches at same time and talk on cell phone for our walks...

That sounds like a great idea. Only thing is that I can only take my lunch from 11am - 12pm. Would that work for you tomorrow?

yeah, I think so, why don't you give me a call and we could figure out if it is better to do it the first 1/2 hr or second :)
