Friday
This post is for Friday, even though it's Saturday, as I didn't feel like getting back on the computer after work. In fact I just figured out my points for Friday on WW (I love their online food tracker). I did good most of the day, but had the munchies all evening. Skipped breakfast but had a cup of coffee with 1/4 cup skim milk. Thanks to Dawn's great idea to walk/talk on the phone, I took a brisk walk during lunch and then had a 7 point Lean Cuisine meal before going back to work. For dinner I had left overs from the previous night's dining out meal. So dinner was a 1/4 serving prime rib and a half of a twice baked potato (I added a little fake butter spray to this as it appeared to be dry). I also had an 8 oz. Vodka Squirt (I know this sound weird, but I like diet squirt and it has 0 points and cranberry juice has 2 points). I was ok for a while and then the munchies set in. I felt like something sweet and really wanted to eat this 12 oz package of Almond Roca, but then I figured out that it would be 5 points so I decided to eat a 1 point WW Chocolate Carmel bar instead. As the night went on I wanted something else so I thought vegetables. I had a can of green beans with lemon pepper. This was good by the way and only 0.5 points when I figured it out on my WW calculator. Anyway, I started to want something else later but decided to go to bed instead. This morning when I figured out my points for Friday, I ended up with 7.5 remaining. I guess it was because I missed breakfast. I think I do better if I try to plan out my meals for the day and add my snacks in, then I can figure the points ahead of time and know what I have left for those late time munchies that hit me after work.

I had a great time with you too!! I think that if you can plan out your meals that would be great, and diet squirt and vodka sounds good, I drink diet coke with vodka and limes, and everyone thinks I am crazy....how is the rest of your weekend going? I got Katie's gift to Uncle Dick..
