Friday

Busy day, but still managed to go through my points for the day and take a few from my weekly. It's that darn night time munching that gets me every time. I even try to eat things with 0 or 1 points. It seems I'm just not satisfied.
Question-does anyone take diet pills in addition to counting points on WW? I've been thinking about looking into Alli. Has anyone used it or know anything about it?
Did not get to take a walk during lunch or go work out at the gym after work as planned. My daughter popped her knee out at school so I spend most of the day picking her up, setting in traffic, and in the urgent care.
I'm feeling kind of disappointed in myself. Hopefully the weekend will go better.

Hey Julie, you can do it...I have never tried any pills, but definatly thought about it...problem is the people I know who did some had some crazy affects....so I am a little worried, plus I don't want my metabolism messed up any more then it already is...also when I did WW it worked amazing, so just stick with it. you can do it. hopefully Katie feels better...oh yeah, also if you got cable on demand, they have workout videos...I am going to do one tomorrow. let me know if you want to do a weekend phone talk...ttyl and stick with it!!
