My internet connection has not been cooperating with me so I have been keeping track on a tiny piece of paper I keep in my pocket. And then I did my laundry and poof it disappeared! I did pretty well aside form a hand full of candy and then some chocolate on tuesday, more than my share of potatoes on wednesday and thursday I was good. Ohh, I found a good way to boost up my every day exercise efforts. I have been climbing the stairs in the library each day the first day I made it up to the 5th floor and yesterday I made it to the 7th- all with my too heavy back pack on like a giant weight!
Today I am planing on blowing it. I know this is not fitting for the whole life style change - of goods in moderation - but I m going to do it any way. I am going to the buttery for breakfast and then we are heading off snowboarding for the weekend. Lost of exercise this weekend! I will be going out to dinner tonight and I will be thinking carefully but I know I might go overboard but its my birthday so I will not get down on myself. I am going to focus more on the volume of food that I eat rather than thinking about all the other important factors. After today I will be back on track.
Exciting - I put on pants that were fresh out of the drier this morning and they have a little wiggle room at the thighs and the waist!!
