Lots Of Eating Out On Thursday

Not too sure how I did on Thursday as I had a late breakfast from our cafeteria that I shared with a co-worker and then went out to dinner. I tried figuring out my points and don't think I went over, but not quite sure as I tried to find comparable items.
So breakfast was:
1 scrambled egg made with what I'm sure was butter or oil
About a 1/4 cup of hashbrowns
1 slice of toasted rye bread
1 slice of cooked bacon
No lunch - tried to save points for dinner
Dinner
A small salad with what I think was French Dressing
About a 1/4 serving of a 10 oz Prime Rib (I shared some of it and took the rest home)
1/2 of a twice baked potato with a little mushroom gravy
2 small stuffed shrimps
2 Mai Tai's
After dinner I took a 10 minute brisk walk as I was feeling a little quilty about all the food I ate and the drinks. I hoped this helped.

OK, so, when going out to eat, it's OK to ask for scrambled whites, or egg beaters, and sometimes they even have pam...for lunch, eat some veggies, but it's great how you 'saved" yourself...always get the dressing on the side...good job on portion control with the meat, on WW look and search for the rest and tell me the points (curious...) good job on walking afterwards.
