So, I made it through Monday very well, I think! I stayed within my points and And AND I went to the gym! 30 minutes on the elliptical and I even broke a sweat (approx 250 calories). I slept very well.
today:
yogurt
coffee
100 calorie pack
Sushi (6 rolls)
teriyaki chicken and rice
green tea
candy (5 points, I had craving!)
I plan to go to the gym tonight as well. YAY ME!
