Monday
So Monday went better. Stayed within my points and didn't give into the evening munchies. Well really I did, but instead of eating stuff with points I made some vegetable soup and a virgin Bloody Mary, made with Spicy V8 Juice. I even took my Dog for a fast 25 minute walk.
good job on the walk! and I know that for 1 cup of some v8s they are only 1 pt, which is awesome!! I love bloody marys, alyssa's boyfriend makes the best ones ever...but with clamato juice, so I am not sure on the points...

Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).
