  1. A largely level expanse of land at a high elevation; tableland.
  2. A comparatively stable level in something that varies
So, I missed 2 weeks of ww and weighed in last night with a loss of 1 pound. I have been wavering at this weight for a long time, and need to find something to spur me into action. Whenever I do go to the gym, its for a week and then not at all for two months. There is never a good time of day it seems like, and I can't wake up any earlier than I have to. Do you ladies have any ideas on how to inspire exercise?

The other thing is, going to meetings seems like a big chore for me. I am uninspired by the leaders, and feel like they simply encourage me to look good instead of making a lifestyle change. bah humbug.

I'm sorry you're feeling uninspired... I completely agree on the exercise thing. I've yet to go to the gym since starting the blog! Maybe take a dance class or something, I dunno. If you think of something, let me know :) Just don't give up hope!

Rosie, the loss is great, I know when I would go 2 weeks w/o sometimes I would gain like mondo pounds...how long has the platau been going on?

when can we start going to some meetings together? what about when I get back from HI,please??

how do I inspire exercise?? I make it a part of my sch. and just do it...

also keep trying to find different leaders, it totally makes a difference...
