not much energy to type/think today. here's what I've had to eat today = NF double vanilla latte, oatmeal, oj, blueberry muffin, salad, 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich, a bit of chicken noodle soup, more juice.

Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).

get better...do you use the non stick spray for cooking? I like the buttery and olive ones..
