then burger (veggies with english muffin) 2
then pizza, 1 small slice from roommates 4
add 1 pt for pesto 1
a fe choch. covered rasinets 1
I stopped eating...but I just realized I went way under my points, unless there is something that I am forgetting...I also ran over to park and exercised in the morning...

I love cereal too! one thing I do when I am craving it is to have it over yogurt instead of milk - it fills me up and the less cereal will fit in the bowl. (Just an idea)

thanks caitlin! I think the yogurt is a great idea..the problem is I wake up and eat..never really a good idea...but I didn't do it last night..and won't tonight...
