wait, it's not sunny...so I woke up had some almonds (4) for 24, then 1/2 of dry ceral (2) then an english muffin (1) then egg (2), then 3 reeses harts (3) then some shrimp (2) then some salad dressing with salad and broccali (4) then 2 cookies (3) and some veggies (0) and 1/2 bar (1) and I have resisted some temptations but not all...tonight, I will have some protien and be a little over my points, because of the candies and cookies...but I am gonna stick with the plan...good news I weighed myself, I know we do it Mondays, but for some reason I weigh less on Fridays, and I am back down...I think it's bloating, I plan to lose for MOnday....any super bowl plans?? should we do a phone tree to keep us all on track?? I say bring some veggies to munch on at any super bowl party, and ladies remember that liquor/beer has got some points!! ttyl
update on Saturday, I ate 3/4 of a lean cuisine, and lots of frozen veggies....went to a friends, ate a few candies (WHat??) and then got attacked by the cookie monster, or rather I am the cookie monster...ate probably like 10 cookies....which is probably like 15 pts....eck...well I am gonna be better tomorrow, at least I am writing it down....accountability anyone??
