For lunch I had a Lean Cuisine and a glass of skim milk.
After work... I finally made it to the gym! Almost didn't go, as work really sucked and all I felt like doing was going home and having a feel sorry for myself party. Anyway, I'm glad I stuck to my plan and went to exercise. I'm figuring I earned about 3 activity points. Not exactly sure how those figure into the WW plan as we are suppose to discuss that at my second meeting tomorrow. Can anyone shed some light on that? Back to the gym. Did 10 minutes of the treadmill @ 3.0 mph, 10 minutes of slow biking, 5 minutes of stair climbing (I hate stairs), then I did about 30 minutes of the weight machines. Those I did with mostly 10 lb weights as I have very little upper body strength and I have an old shoulder injury that I need to be careful of. I have not been to the gym in a long time even though I have had the membership for over a year. Anyway, I'm glad I decided to go to the gym.
After the gym, I came home and had a Cape Cod and some grapes.
For dinner I plan on having some tomato soup and a toasted cheese sandwich. I will probably have a snack of some kind later as I will still have points left.

The quaker weight control oatmeal has that taste, too (maybe they're the same?)Unfortunately I don't have an alternative. Sorry!
Congrats on the gym!
Thanks for the feedback.
hey julie! good job on the gym, I agree with you on the WW oatmeal, there is somthing funny about it.(plus being too overpriced)..let's see, I know a lot of the other instant maple syrup ones are at least 3 pts and may not have the fiber and fiber of the w ones...do you want an oatmeal with the sweet taste, or would you be OK with a plain one with just a little bit of brown sugar you add on your own? or there are oats or multigrain hot ceral, or barley cerals that have great value...this is random, but those all seem to have the best nutritional value..my rec. for that is country choice organics (130 cal,1gf and 5 g of fiber with 5 g of protien) but it doesn't taste sweet..very grainy..but you could add sugar since the calories are still low, ok probably more on oatmeal then you would ever like to hear..
I would get plain instant oatmeals and add real fruit. That way, you get your fruit requirements in. I like bananas in mine with a little cinnamon (yes, i keep cinnamon at work)
I hear cinnamon is great for diets, something in it that stops you from going overboard, bell peppers too...wierd, I know..
