Wednesday by Alyssa
I had one packet of raisin instant oatmeal for breakfast with a cup of orange juice. I also had a medium NF vanilla latte. Yogurt for a snack. Nachos for lunch (I didn't eat the whole thing) and water. A Tiger's Milk bar for snack. A bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats with blueberries for "dinner". That's all so far. I've been in a real snacky mode all week, so I'm probably going to have a little something else soon. Maybe some mango. That's random.

oh yeah, I was going to suggest that we eat fruits when we have a sweet tooth....bisco! EAT MORE PROTIEN AND DRINK MORE WATER... when one is dehydrated they want to eat more...are you doing your vanilla lattes SF? or with less pumps? try the SF cinnamon dolce, it is way less spendidee
are the tigermilk bars good? i suppose they are, since you eat them what's the calorie and fat and fiber on those?
they taste yummy, but are like 140 cal, 5 g of fat, .5 fiber and 5 protien, for the reg. butter/honey one...
