weigh in

So, I found a scale at a house that I work at and my (friday) weight was 161.
Last spring I crept up to 180 which was my all time high. Realizing that I was so far off from my comfort zone I got motivated and made my way down to 151 by thanksgiving through walking, yoga and swimming, and then I stopped moving and stopped paying attention...
My goal is to loose 20 pounds by summer. I think that somewhere around 140 is an ideal for me.
This will bring my weekly goal to an average of 1-2 lbs per week which is a pretty healthy amount.

That sounds like a very do-able goal!
Don't you hate the holidays, they ruin all the progress we make in the first part of the year!

yeah Cait! your goal is totally attainable, I am also at the 1-2 lbs a week...we gotta just keep ourselves in check and we can do it..
