Whoops, I lost touch.

So, I realized once I leave work I hate being in front of a computer, so I totally skipped this weekend blogging.
I went and weighed in at WW, and I lost 2.2 lbs last week! That's pretty awesome. The differences I made were, of course, blogging and writing down what I ate. Hopefully this week I can add exercise.

Here's my Monday:
english muffin (3)
yogurt (1)
coffee (2)

Pho for lunch: goodbye lunch with Joey :-( He left to go back to Santa Barbara today (10)

I am going to have a microwave dinner (6) and then off to rehearsal. I will most likely have a string cheese or glass of wine or something when I get home (2-3)...I am thinking cheese because then I can go work out. I am going to try my damnedest to make NO EXCUSES when I get home.

I spent the superbowl reading in bed, so I wasn't caught by the party monster.

Oh, earlier I got my weight loss goal wrong (I can do math, I swear!)

Target weight loss goal: 26 lbs
I would like to lose this by the time my Dad turns 50 (I am throwing him a party, so I wanna look good!) Which gives me until May 22nd. That's not much time, but if I get close I will be happy.

yeah Rosie, you got like 3 months, which is a good amount of time, just take it day by day...and congrats on the losage!!
