Thank God It's Friday!

Friday already. I can't believe it. Did not get a chance to post this week very much. I believe the week went alright. I pretty much stayed to my daily points. Wednesday was weight in at WW meeting and I lost 2.2 LBS. So I've lost a total of 10.4 LBS in the five weeks I've been on WW. They took another point away though, so now I only have 24. I have been trying to exercise. I made it to the gym 2 times this week. Good for me! Also trying to take some walks. Does anyone who's doing WW know how you swap Exercise Points for Flex Points? I've looked on the online tools but cannot seem to find the answer.
Anyway, here comes the weekend (my hardest time). Hope to keep busy and not sit around too much eating or thinking about eating.

good job Julie!! that is freaking awesome, yes good for you. so from my understanding one cannot swap flex points with exercise ones. rather if you exercise, you can get up to 4 extra food points to use..does that make sense? then you will have more flex points in the end...let me know if that answers your question.
