Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).

I SHOULD make an english muffin lpizza, I remember those..yum. you make yummy good food. how are your proption sizes?
english muffin pizzas are best in the toaster oven :)
