B: yogurt, fruit, granola, NF vanilla latte
S: fiber one bar
L: chicken & cheese chimichanga
S: another fiber one bar (good snack to keep at work)
D: steak, baked potato, salad, OJ
no dessert. I went to the store and was craving some baked goods, so I bought a package of oatmeal raisin cookies to bake, but I'm trying to see how long I can go without actually baking them. Probably only till tomorrow. But I figure if I'm gonna eat cookies, those aren't the worst, right? It's that time of the month, so I'm cutting myself a little slack. I almost typed snack, I must be hungry :) On a side note, if any one is curious about the birth control Yaz, it leaves you with only 48 hour light periods, it's great.

I hear though that birth control can lead to weight gain, do you think that's true??
good job on waiting on the dessert I have had a box of brownies in my cubbards (sp?) for months and it feels great..though there are other things that don't last at all..
I am on the same pill and I do feel like weight gain is an issue for me with it, but on the upside my extreemly painful peroids are no longer an issue and I dont feel like a tottaly crazy person on it.
Sounds like you are doing great getting the fruit in in the AM and keeping smart snacks on hand!
Oh, and I am down for Friday - see you then!
