Monday

B: pretzels, banana, black coffee (good food for on the go eating!)
S: more pretzels, and cottage cheese
L: 1 slice veg pizza and a garden salad w/ half the dressing
S: tea and an apple
D: veg potstickers
Ds: cereal with strawberries

for your pretzels are they whole grain? do they have any fiber in them??? and what type of cottage cheese are you getting?? you like how nit picky I am??

Thanks for checking in! The pretzels have been either spelt whole wheat or regular w.w. (I have two bags) with 4 grams of fiber per serving (20) and the cottage cheese is low fat in little 4 oz servings. I have not compared these to other brands but they seem balanced to me (are they?).

still haven't ventured to re-try cottage cheese. can you recommend a brand?

I like the Knudson cottage cheese, it comes in a pink container and is not sour like some of them can be(I tried the Nancy's brand and it was nasty). I like to eat it with pineapple sometimes...yum.
