B: egg sandwich (2 eggs, 1 slice wheat/sourdough, turkey & cheese)
S: cottage cheese
D: turkey burger, yam fries, asparagus
Ds: angel food cake, strawberries, whipped cream
E: 1 hour walk with a bit of jogging mixed in
