B: cottage cheese, apple
S:hand full of chips dipped in humus
L:cereal w/milk and strawberries
D: vegetable stir fry over some wheat noodles

Ds: strawberries and a bit of angel food cake (no whip cream)

did you make the angel cake?? I hear that is one of the healthier/lighter cakes...yum

No I didnt make the cake, I got it from Nob Hill, they make my favorite stor bought one. I cannot remember the last time I baked a cake, I enjoy making pies more!

I need to try cottage cheese again. I didn't like it as a kid, but maybe now? pretty healthy, right?

Cottage cheese has a lot of protien for the portion size and good ol' calcium. My favorite type is knudson it comes in a pink tub. FYI some types are quite sour or have a funny texture so dont get discurraged, see what you like. I also really enjoy adding pineapple to it, cut and drained. I have not tried the one that is packaged with the fruit already though.
