no dessert yet. pretty full, which is good. i think the only thing around is a 100 calorie pudding anyhow.
This blog has been created in the hopes that it will help us lose weight, get in shape, and be healthy.

the pasta sounds good...try lf or nf ricotta, I swear it tastes good...
ya, I had a recipe... I'll send it to you if you want it. It was actually better today as leftovers for lunch!
