Wonderful Water
Ok so I know that I just posted but I wanted to share this. I googling "water and weight loss" tonight when I realized that I had another 48 oz of water today. Check out this article. http://www.inch-aweigh.com/water.html especially the part about our bodies storing excess water in the ankles, hips and thighs (problem areas anyone?!?!)

I am definately going to check this out. water is my elixir for life.
I need to check into this. I don't know why but I can't seem to get in the amount of water I should.
I was hard for me to start too. Here are some tips that helped me. I keep a full glass of water by my bed that way when I wake up I just reach over and drink it before I even get out of bed. Its easy cuz I usually wake up thirsty or hungry and its right there. Also, instead of drinking eight 8oz glasses, I use a pint glass (16oz) and only have to drink 4 glasses. Even though its the same amount it doesn't seem like soo much. Hope this helps!
