Let me see...

So lately I've been posting two days at a time and I want to get out of that habbit. It gets hard to remember and I want to be good cuz I think this is really helping me. I can't remember what I had yesterday but I know I didn't get my walk in. With my new job I'm going to have to find a way to fit in my walks. But here's what I had today

B- coffee, yogurt w/ strawberries and granola
L- egg salad sandwhich, carrots, pringles
S- carrots, roll w/ butter
D- chicken w/ gouda gravy (sooo yummy! let me know if anyone wants the recipe), steamed broccoli and cauliflower, left over pasta w/ chard
E- 54 min walk (6,366 steps)

I want the recipe! and yes, posting daily makes it easier to remember what you eat for sure..get your walk on!

I can do my walks between jobs, which is what I did today. But its not as high impact cuz I don't want to get all sweaty before work... especially now that its so hot in the afternoon. I might try and go in the morning on days that I don't work til 9. Thanks for thinking of me!
